With over 30 years of Sales and Marketing roles in senior management positions, Terry brings wealth and knowledge and life experience to Grainger Real Estate.

Having lived locally for over 25 years, firstly in Pakenham then Beaconsfield and currently Officer, Terry has witnessed the growth of the area firsthand and continues to see the untapped potential that Cardinia has to offer.

Terry says, “it’s a wonderful area, great to raise a family in and equally as good to settle down in your retirement”. He understands what it takes to find a home to fit your needs and lifestyle.

His warm and friendly personality matched with a strong work ethic is what sets Terry apart.

Terry has been involved in the local football scene since the late 1990’s with the Beaconsfield Football and Netball Clubs. He has held several Executive positions including President and Vice President. Terry continues to volunteer for the club with a seat on the Board of Management for the Beaconsfield Community Sporting Club where he is the current Chairman of the Board. He was awarded a Life Membership in 2022. He is very aware of the strong connections that sports, and sporting clubs bring to the community.
